The world has changed more than it has in a long time – and for the worse. The global pandemic, Russia’s war of aggression againstUkraine and the situation in the Middle East are the most concrete examples of this. At the same time, climate change, political confrontation, inequality, and poverty are increasing indifferent parts of the world. Rule-basedmultilateral cooperation is in crisis but despite this, we must seek solutions to even the most difficult questions.
